What Made Me Decide To Be A Freelancer

Being a Customer Service Representative is a life-changing experience that I will forever be grateful for. I started working at 18 years old in a BPO industry and took the chance to earn because I didn't receive any financial support from my family. I had nothing but my brave heart and confidence when I applied for the job posting and I was so happy when I heard the word “You’re Hired”. I did not expect that I would come this far, however, I need to move forward and find new challenging tasks such as earning while living my life to the fullest. I want to apply the skills I gathered from being a CSR and enrolling in FVA.

Flexibility of Location

You can carry your laptop with you and work in any location you like (That is of course with less distraction). For me, the most important thing is to deliver quality work and I get to choose my location of work.

I Can Be an Influencer

Online business has been a big boom when an unexpected pandemic comes. Most workers have been sent to their homes to continue the business. I have been observing online sites and found out how an online professional can greatly impact the new era that we have. Given the social media sites and all. You can just write an article and blog that can change people's point of view. I can post a vlog that entertains their boredom, or I can post a video or picture that encourages them to invest or buy a product

Chance to Work Directly to Your Boss

In my own experience as a CSR in a BPO industry, I need to report to many supervisors, managers, heads inside or outside your office, and so on. I want to report to one person that can help me improve as a human being, help me hone my freelancing skills, and that can recognize the excellent effort I have in their business firsthand. I really want to excel in everything that I do especially if it is greatly appreciated by the direct client I want to work with.

I Want to Earn More

Most of the well-paid Professionals in my country are Freelancers. I got excited when I saw an FVA page post something about "How to earn 50,000-100,000 Php per month". I did not hesitate to take advantage of enrolling in their academy In view of the fact that aside from earning more, I can also find a place that is conducive to my skills and capabilities.

More Time for Myself

As an introvert, I want to have more time to figure out how I can make an impact on the people around me. I also want to focus alone on finishing my task without any people around me.
